Start beyond
The madness of the crowd
From the heart
Of your inner darkness
Want respect?
Speak languages
Lose the weight
Of expectation
Lay off the fucking sandwiches
There’s no welfare cheque
The deck is stacked
against you
The fight is right
The system won’t save you
But your friends might
Luck is your last resort
Tomorrow is that day that
never comes
So show up in the flow
Dream your story into
your reality
Consciousness trumps ego
The politician is a ghost
Who preaches scarcity
Who feeds on the bones
of your contention
The fool who stokes the
flames of your doubts
And turns your dreams
to ashes
Before the day is out
Applaud the plight of
the bereaved souls
Who have said no to
that temptation
For they will not shake
the hand that was not put
there to feed them
